All dishes of our Restaurant “Il Colle” are prepared with ingredients derived from organic farmings, they’re selected, prepared and cooked according to the dictates of Umbria traditional recipes. We pay great attention to details, in order to keep on offering genuine and tasty dishes.
Everyday our Chefs make a careful selection of ingredients, including the control of animal fats and the parameters of biologic olive oils, to achieve our mission: offer you a rich list of haute cuisine dishes, healthy and easily digestible at the same time.
